Safety First:

• Always wear appropriate protective equipment (gloves, goggles, lab coat).

Materials Needed:

• KOH : 1 kg (per bottle)

• Pure water: 2 kg

• Stainless steel bucket

• Stirring tool

• Thermometer

Preparation Steps:

1. Measure Water
   Weigh 2 kg of pure water and pour it into a clean stainless steel bucket.

2. Add KOH Carefully
   Slowly add 1 kg of KOH into the water while stirring continuously.
   ⚠️ Always add KOH to water – never the other way around.

3. Stir the Solution
   Stir the mixture for at least 2 minutes until the KOH is completely dissolved.

4. Cool the Solution
   Allow the solution to cool down to 40°C. Use a thermometer to check the temperature.

5. Transfer to Machine
   Once cooled, fill the solution into the machine as required.
