Chip Tuning PRO

ChipTuning PRO is an editing software usually used in conjuction with ChipLoader and Combiloader. The program allows modifying the calibration files of the injection control system by changing the parameters of:

• the air-fuel mixture in different modes;
• injection phase;
• spark advance;
• fuel delivery at start;
• zones for changing the engine operating mode;
• various correction factors;
• complete set of lambda probes;
• DTC mask and much more (hundreds of tables and calibration constants).

Displaying of calibration constants in the form of graphs (2D) and surfaces (3D) with the possibility of editing

• Anti-aliasing function for 3D maps;
• Built-in HEX editor;
• Viewing and editing maps in the form of tables with the ability to export to MS Excel;
• Automatic calculation of checksums;
• Automatic generation of digital signatures (Bosch ME17.9.7);
• Comparison function of two files with detailed visualization of differences;
• Export and import of individual calibrations or sets of calibrations;
• Filter to display a set of the most important calibrations;
• User database for new versions of the files;
• Ability to save comments to firmware (Rich Text Format);
• Special functions for ECM Bosch M1.5.4 (file copy protection, writing EEPROM via ROM);
• Built-in help system with additional materials and a detailed description of the ECM operation algorithms using the example of the Yanvar-5/7 system;
• Inserting calibrations from file.
