    AUTOOL HTS678 is a newly designed automotive de-carbon cleaner, it adopts an integrated design and is fully optimized to the corresponding product design modified by vacuum cleaners on the market.

    It can solve the problem of carbon deposition in the intake and exhaust systems of automobile engines in an environmentally friendly, safe, and efficient manner. The working principle of automotive walnut sand de-carbon cleaner is that the high-pressure air flow is sprayed into the engine intake pipe, and the sand particles at high pressure and high speed will roll and collide in the closed intake pipe, so as to impact the carbon deposits on the intake valve and cylinder wall, and then the walnut sand and the carbon deposit mixture are recovered into the sand storage bucket through a special joint.

    What is Walnut Sand?

    The raw material of walnut sand is a walnut shell, which is made and synthesized through strict screening and classification and multiple processes after the walnut shell is broken. It is a walnut extract and belongs to metal polishing media. It has the characteristics of high hardness, high-pressure resistance, and wear resistance, and the surface is microporous.     What is carbon deposition?

    There are some hydrocarbon olefin residues attached to the engine intake, cylinder when the fuel burns in the engine not completely. It residues change into a hard black shell in high-temperature conditions, called carbon deposition.

    How To Use The AUTOOL HTS678?

    • Step 1: Open the outer package and check whether any parts are damaged.
    • Step 2: Pull the rod upwards, then open the metal latches on both sides of the main unit, and open the accessory box outwards.Take out the accessories and lock the accessories box. Install the components according to the following steps.
    • Step 3: Connect the end of the recovery particle hose with tendon sheath to the main unit, clamp the tendon sheath and confirm that it is locked.
    • Step 4: Determine the fitting connector (metal connector or yellow silicone connector) of the engine air intake.
    • Step 5: Connect the other end of the recovery pipe to the black transit-bend. Use a large bend when a metal model adapter is required, and a small bend when a yellow silicone model adapter is required.
    • Step 6: Open the top cover of the main unit, rotate the handle of the filter cartridge counterclockwise, take out the filter cartridge, and check whether the filter screen at the bottom is flat and does not roll over.
    • Step 7: The walnut sand is added into the sand storage bucket from the middle of the filler, generally 3-5kg.
    • Step 8: Reset the filter cartridge and turn it clockwise until it is locked.
    • Step 9: Reset the top cover of the main unit and cover it.
    • Step 10: After moving the main unit to the using site, connect an external compressed air source of not less than 0.7MPa to the main unit.
    • Step 11:Turn on the standard mode switch of the host, and the device starts to run. Professionals can turn on the expert mode. One of the two sets of switches needs to be turned off to turn on the other,otherwise the air switch will be protected.
    • Step 12:  Insert the sandblasting gun from the injection port of the black silicone bend on the recovery pipe, and pull the switch off the sandblasting gun to start the carbon removal procedure. To clean different work pieces on different occasions, please adjust the throttle valve at the bottom of the sand blasting gun according to the actual situation to ensure that the spraying speed is in the best state.
