Function: Used when the wheel is locked and cannot rotate due to ISM failure or transmission breakdown. This tool allows limited manual movement of the vehicle.

Usage Instructions: The device is mounted directly onto the wheel hub, then the wheel is re-attached and secured using wheel bolts. Only manual towing by personnel is allowed. Do not use for normal driving or towing with another vehicle. Maximum movement speed: 5 km/h.
