The EC‑777 Coating Thickness Gauge is a professional device designed for nondestructive measurement of coating thickness on automotive and industrial metal surfaces. The EC‑777 Coating Thickness Gauge uses dual measurement principles to accurately measure paint, plastic films, and protective coatings on both ferrous and non‑ferrous metals. This makes it ideal for car inspection, paint quality control, and industrial coating analysis.
The device supports magnetic induction for ferromagnetic metals such as iron, steel, nickel, and cobalt, and eddy current measurement for non‑ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper. With a ruby probe, high resolution of 0.1μm, and accuracy of ±(2%+1μm), the EC‑777 Coating Thickness Gauge delivers reliable readings for professional users.
The EC‑777 features a 2.4‑inch color screen, Bluetooth connectivity, APP support, USB PC connection, curve and bar chart display, trend charts, and full statistical analysis. It includes zero calibration, multi‑point calibration, adjustable backlight, automatic rotation, LED alarms, and low‑battery protection. The EC‑777E version includes an external separated probe for more flexible measurement.
