QNix® 4500 Car Paint Inspection Device with Integrated Dual Probe Fe 5 mm/NFe 3 mm
Introduction
Al Muhandes Workshop Equipment is proud to be the exclusive agent in the Middle East for QNIX, a leading German company in precision hardware manufacturing. We present the QNix® 4500 with Integrated Dual Probe Fe 5 mm/NFe 3 mm, designed for a variety of applications, especially in the automotive and painting industries.
Handling Instructions
Despite its rugged design, the QNix® 4500 should be handled correctly to ensure accurate measurements at all times. Avoid dropping it and protect it from dirt, dust, humidity, chemicals, and aggressive vapors. Store the gauge in its protective case after use. Avoid large temperature variations, direct sunlight, and strong electromagnetic fields, such as transformers or high-voltage lines. Do not measure on magnetized parts. Clean the housing with a soft damp cloth and check the probe tip regularly for dirt and paint residues.
Features
- Integrated Dual Probe Fe/NFe: Equipped with a wear-resistant ruby tip for long-term use.
- Large Measuring Range: Up to 3000 µm for Fe and 2000 µm for NFe, allowing precise measurements on steel, iron, and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, zinc, and copper.
- Readable Graphic LCD Display: Provides precise presentation of readings, battery condition, unit, mode, and serial number.
- Flat Design: Allows for measurements in hard-to-reach places.
- Simple Operation: Easy to use with one-hand operation and no calibration needed.
