F99ES body spot welder for bodywork repairs
The spotter was ordered from the factory to test a new batch of devices, soon to be introduced to the market. The product is free from defects and has minimal signs of use. The spotter's operating time so far is approx. 25 minutes.
F99ES Welder
Comprehensive bodywork repair
SPOTTER is designed for simple and efficient car body repair. It is used to weld fasteners to the surface of sheet metal that has been deformed, which allows for pulling out dents. Welders are also used for patching, heating and cupping or upsetting sheet metal (spot welding and immediate cooling to stiffen and pull the material).

Power supply: 230V
Welding current: 6000A
Weight: 76kg
Intuitive operation and automatic selection of parameters
A big advantage of the spotter is the function of automatic selection of parameters (i.e. welding current and time). On the display, we select the appropriate work program and "immediately" we can start working.
There is also an option of manual settings , i.e. manual setting of welding time and current. After the time programmed by the user has elapsed or the electrode is moved away from the sheet, welding will be automatically interrupted.
SPOTTER is mounted on a special trolley , which is included in the set. The trolley has a number of conveniences such as:
punch holders,
kinetic hammers,
additional shelves for accessories,
lockable swivel wheels.
Wide range of applications
The bodywork spotter allows for the repair of: pillars, hood, doors, trunk lid, as well as roof, fender or sills. This equipment can be found not only in car and bodywork and paint shops, but also in industrial plants operating in the automotive industry.
How to choose an aluminum repair machine?
Due to the fact that the aluminum body is made of 1.2mm aluminum material, inaccurate welding power operation can cause poor welding or penetration. When selecting a model, please try to choose a new generation of digital high-precision control models.
Aluminum body has high strength and poor local tensile performance, making it prone to cracking. In order to improve its strength during the body manufacturing process, the elongation rate has exceeded 30%. Therefore, special tools must be used when repairing.
During the repair process of aluminum body, one of the time-consuming tasks after welding the threaded nails is to screw in and out the threaded nails with the pull ring, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. And the broken threaded nails in the later stage also delay the reuse of the pull ring.
The aluminum body is made of aluminum magnesium alloy, with a melting point of 630-650C. The stress relieving annealing temperature of aluminum magnesium alloy is between 320 and 360 ° C, which can be used for deformation repair. During the repair process, tools that do not exceed this temperature must be used to assist heating. There are also areas with reinforced adhesive connections on the back, and the heating temperature should not be too high.
The firmness of meson welding will directly affect the repair effect. The double grounding point design fully ensures the current direction, avoids arc deviation, makes welding more secure, and thus ensures repair quality.
