When pumping vacuum, please use clean air (that has filtered oil, impurities, and moisture), and the pressure should not be lower than 8kg/cm²

During oil extraction, the temperature should not exceed 60°C, and it is recommended to be between 40°C and 60°C

Be sure to close the valve between the tank and the measuring cup connection when the tank is draining. The compressed air in the tank cannot enter the measuring cup, otherwise, it will cause the measuring cup to rupture.

The oil discharge pressure of the tank should be 0.7kg/cm² when the oil is discharged. The maximum pressure during oil discharge is absolutely not allowed to be 1kg/cm². When the oil is exhausted, please empty the remaining compressed air in the tank before it can work again.

When adding air and oil or when there is air pressure in the tank, the ball valve under the measuring cup must be closed tightly. (Horizontal is off, vertical is on)

Please do not use strong acid or strong alkali solution, or some toxic liquids.

The equipment should be kept away from fire or heat sources so do not smoke near the equipment.

The air compressor valve should be closed before maintenance.

The temperature of the waste oil of this pumping unit is suitable for 60-100℃. If the oil pumping speed is normal in this temperature range. If it is lower than this temperature, it may not be able to pump or the pumping speed will be slow.

The initial pressure of the air compressor matched with the equipment can reach 10bar. When the conveying pipeline reaches the air inlet of the equipment, the air pressure is not lower than 8 bar. When the air pressure is lower than the air pressure, the vacuum degree will be low, which will cause the phenomenon that the pump cannot be pumped or the pumping speed is slow.

When meeting the above two points, pay attention to using the most suitable oil suction pipe. The steel pipe has the characteristics of good circulation, while the plastic pipe has good bendability, the large pipe is 1.6L per minute, and the small pipe is 0.6L per minute. Please lengthen about 2-3cm according to the ratio of the oil dipstick to the oil level, so that the oil can be absorbed. Please do not suck to the end, otherwise, it will bend upward, and if it exceeds the oil level, there will be no oil extraction.

Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
