AUTOOL LM150 Refrigerant Digital Manifold Gauge Meter is an auxiliary instrument for the installation, testing, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment such as air conditioners and cold storage. It features dual pressure tests, dual temperature tests, digital readouts, multi-unit switching, multi-mode functionality, a built-in refrigerant database, and more. The instrument is designed with high-strength engineering plastics and flexible anti-slip silicone, making the whole machine sturdy and comfortable to hold. Built-in 32-bit digital processing unit and high-precision data acquisition unit, with high data and good stability. This instrument can measure dual pressure (gauge pressure) and dual temperature measurement at the same time. It has automatic multi-unit pressure conversion and automatic temperature Celsius/Fahrenheit conversion to conveniently meet different needs. It has a built-in 93 kinds of refrigerant pressure-evaporation temperature database, and calculates the degree of subcooling and superheating at the same time, making it easy to directly read the operation process data. In addition, it also tests the percentage of vacuum measurement; pressure leakage measurement, leakage time, and speed recording. • Pressure measured with a digital manifold pressure tester is gauge pressure.
• The pressure test range is -101Kpa to 6 Mpa (-0.1 bar to 60 bar).
• The ultimate pressure is 10 MPa (100 bar).
• The maximum working pressure of a standard hose is 600 PSI (approximately 4.13Mpa, 41.3 bar). The ultimate pressure is 3000 PSI (about 20.68Mpa, 206.8bar).
• Please check the rated pressure value of the device under test before testing. Do not use if it is beyond the measuring range of the device. If the packaged hose does not meet your pressure requirements, suitable alternatives can be tested.
• Do not use or store the device in areas with high temperature, high humidity, flammable, explosive, or strong electromagnetic fields.
• To avoid equipment damage or hazard, do not modify the equipment’s internal circuitry.
• Wear approved protective equipment to protect the user during testing.
